No. Pets are not permitted on the farm.The only exception is a service animal that is individually trained to perform a specific task for a person with a disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).Please understand that Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), therapy animals, and companion animals are not service animals under the ADA and are not permitted.Purchasing a certificate, registration, identification card, vest, or other documentation online does not make a pet a service animal. The ADA does not require service animals to be certified or registered.Please do not attempt to gain admission for a pet by representing it as a service animal. We respect and welcome guests who legitimately rely on trained service animals and ask all other visitors to please leave their pets at home.

Some areas, like the flower and berry fields, are cash only due to limited Wi-Fi availability. We recommend bringing cash just in case for those locations.

Due to the natural, uneven terrain of our working farm, we are not fully wheelchair accessible in all areas. Standard tractor wagons have steps for loading; however, we do offer a tractor equipped with a chair lift to assist guests when needed. We also provide an ADA-compliant bathroom on-site for guest convenience.

All ticket and Berry Container sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including missed events, weather conditions, or scheduling conflicts. Tickets are valid ONLY for the date you select. Unused tickets will become null and void. NO REFUNDS or exchanges will be given in full or in part (no exceptions). Please double check that you have entered the correct date of your visit before submitting your order. We are happy to reschedule your visit to another available date, provided you contact us prior to your reservation. All date changes are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Once tickets are purchased and your reservation is confirmed, you are considered to have accepted these terms. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER ADMISSION HAS BEEN PAID.
