Refund Policy

All ticket sales and Berry Containers purchases are FINAL sale and NON-REFUNDABLE.

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Arrowhead Farmstead does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to missed visits, weather conditions, illness, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal plans, or unused tickets.

Before completing your purchase, guests are responsible for reviewing the event date, availability, hours of operation, and ticket terms to ensure the selected date works with their schedule. If you are uncertain about your plans or availability, we recommend waiting to purchase your tickets, as refunds will not be issued once a ticket has been purchased.

Purchase Protection:

During checkout, guests may have the option to purchase Purchase Protection through a third-party provider. Purchase Protection may provide reimbursement for eligible cancellations or circumstances covered under the provider’s policy.

Please carefully review the Purchase Protection terms and coverage details before adding this option to your order. If Purchase Protection is selected, all claims must be submitted directly to the third-party provider. Arrowhead Farmstead does not process, approve, or manage Purchase Protection claims.

Date Changes and Rescheduling:

We understand that plans may occasionally change. Guests may request to reschedule their visit to another available date during the current event season, provided the request is made before the originally scheduled reservation date.

All date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Once a reservation date has passed, tickets cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or refunded.

Ticket Validity:

Tickets are valid only for the date and event selected at the time of purchase. Unused tickets will become null and void after the scheduled visit date.

By completing a ticket purchase, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Gate Purchases:

Tickets purchased at the gate are final and non-refundable once admission has been paid and the guest has entered the event. Once a guest has entered the event area, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including weather conditions, personal circumstances, or early departure.​
